Sales Consultant Job Requirements:

  • Providing top-notch service throughout the customer’s buying experience.
  • Spend time with customers to help determine their needs and discuss the best vehicle options.
  • Commit to becoming an automotive expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
  • Communicating effectively in-person, over the phone and email.
  • Basic computer skills: using various provided software as selling tools.
  • Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training and open to constructive feedback.
  • We are closed Sunday’s but do require weekend availability and 2 evenings a week. You can expect one day off during the week and up to two Saturdays off each month based.
  • Maintain sales floor and lot, ensuring products are neatly displayed.
  • Leverage social media to promote vehicles, generate opportunities, and attract business.
